SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

SHIPPING 

DANZ Online only ships to addresses in Canada. No international or US shipping is possible a this time.

Shipping charges will be calculated at check out and are based on the shipping address entered. We use Canada Post to ship our parcels. All orders will be shipped by Canada Post and you can expect your order to ship within 5-6 7 Business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you do not receive your order or a notification of a delay within that time, please contact us and we will be sure to track down your order for you. 

In Store Pick Up is available with any order. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up at the store location.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Most merchandise purchased through the website may be returned for full refund, less shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, re-sellable condition with all tags and boxes included. Please contact [email protected] to advise of the return.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (no return for refunds or exchanges)

  • Tights
  • Intimate apparel
  • Jewelry
  • Makeup
  • Clearance/Markdown merchandise

Any items returned that are not in the same condition as when originally shipped will be sent back to the customer with an additional freight and handling charge.

We suggest shipping back your return by a traceable method to ensure it arrives to us. Returns with shipping or Customs COD will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to process on your credit card.

Shipping and handling is not refundable.
