DANZ Online only ships to addresses in Canada. No international or US shipping is possible a this time.
Shipping charges will be calculated at check out and are based on the shipping address entered. We use Canada Post to ship our parcels. All orders will be shipped by Canada Post and you can expect your order to ship within 5-6 7 Business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you do not receive your order or a notification of a delay within that time, please contact us and we will be sure to track down your order for you.
In Store Pick Up is available with any order. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up at the store location.
We do not accept any refunds.
You have thirty (30) days following receipt of your order to exchange an item or request a credit note, provided the merchandise is in perfect conditions, unused and in its original, undamaged packaging (with all tags and boxes included). The 30-day period also applies to claim a replacement in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange or credit note.
Once we had received and inspected your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you about our decision to approve or reject your request.
If your request is approved and a credit note is granted, it will be recorded in our system; in the event of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 5 days.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (no credits or exchanges)
Any items returned that are not in the same condition as when originally shipped will be sent back to the customer with an additional freight and handling charge.
We suggest shipping back your return by a traceable method to ensure it arrives to us. Returns with shipping or Customs COD will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling is not refundable.
